Use the steps below to track your order and see the latest shipping updates.


How to Track Your LUNARI Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with:

- Your tracking number
- The shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, or DHL)
- A link to track your package in real time

To track your order:

1. Open your shipping confirmation email from LUNARI.
2. Click the “View my order” or tracking link.
3. You’ll see the latest scan and estimated delivery date from the carrier.


When Will My Tracking Update?

- Orders usually ship within 1–3 business days.
- Tracking may take 24–48 hours to show movement after your package is scanned by the carrier.

If your tracking hasn’t updated after 3 business days, feel free to reach out so we can take a look.


- Didn’t Receive a Tracking Email?

If you don’t see a shipping email from us:

- Check your spam, promotions, or junk folder.
- Make sure you’re checking the same email you used at checkout.
- If you still can’t find it, contact us and we’ll resend your tracking details.
