ORDERS & SHIPPING

When will my order ship?

All LUNARI orders ship within 1–3 business days. Once your order is on the way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary by location. Within the U.S., the average delivery window is:

Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days

Priority Shipping: 2–4 business days

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to make a change, email us at info@shoplunari.store within 12 hours of placing your order.
After an order is processed, we can’t make modifications.

What happens if my package is lost or delayed?

If your package shows no movement or is marked delivered but missing, contact us immediately at info@shoplunari.store and we’ll help resolve it.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return window?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes! Exchanges are available for the same item in a different size or color (based on availability).

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

Which items are non-returnable?

For hygiene and safety reasons, returns are not accepted for:

Worn or washed items

Items with makeup, deodorant, or wear marks

Final sale items

Underwear or bodysuits if the hygiene liner is removed

How do I know what size to pick?

We recommend using our LUNARI Size Guide located in the footer of our website.
Most of our pieces are made with premium, sculpting, high-stretch fabrics for a flattering fit.

Are your products true to size?

Yes — most customers find our activewear true to size. If an item runs smaller or has a compressive fit, we mention it in the product description.

What fabric do you use?

We source high-quality, buttery-soft, premium nylon-spandex blends designed to sculpt, support, and move with your body.
