At LUNARI, we want you to absolutely love your pieces.
If something isn’t the perfect fit, we’re here to make it right.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date for items that are:

Unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging

Free from deodorant marks, makeup, or damage

With original tags attached

To start a return, please email info@shopLUNARI.store with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.

Note:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees (including priority upgrades) are non-refundable.


Exchanges

At this time, we do not process direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different size or color, please place a new order once your refund has been processed.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@shopLUNARI.store with photos of the product and packaging.
We’ll happily send a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.


Final Sale Items

All sale, discounted, and promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
