LUNARI Return & Refund Policy
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items that meet all of the following:
Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
Free from deodorant, makeup marks, snags, or damage
With original tags attached
To start a return, email info@shopLUNARI.store with your order number and reason for return. Our team will reply within 1–2 business days with instructions.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Items that do not meet the return criteria outlined above will not be accepted.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your tracking number.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping fees (including priority upgrades) are not refundable.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges at this time. To get a different size or color, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@shopLUNARI.store. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
Once reviewed, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund, depending on the issue and product availability.
Claims submitted without photos may not be eligible for review.
Final Sale Items
Items purchased on clearance, sale, or with promotional discounts may be final sale and not eligible for return. Items that are final sale will be clearly marked as such at checkout.
